Cotton, polyester, nylon and cellulosic fibers are essential ingredients in home textiles. They are also in the process of being enhanced, or in some cases, targeted for replacement. There are a host of new developments coming onto the market. Some are already making their way into apparel; others are just getting off the launch pad.
