Ivory Ella - the preppy apparel brand with a cause - makes its move into soft home at Revman International. Founded in 2015 by a group of college students who connected via social media through their mutual concern about elephant welfare, the company has donated over $1.6 million to Save the Elephants and other charitable organizations. The collection debuted at New York Home Fashions Market last month with an eye to the Back-to-College season and includes four microfiber beds, throws, plush pillowcase pairs, throws and blankets. Bedding will be packaged in fabric bags. "They previewed one of our beds on their Instagram account. It got thousands of likes and 400 comments," said Rich Roman, Revman president and CEO. There's also a new brand classification under the company's existing Nautica license: Nautica Jeans Co. The brand is positioned between Nautica Collection for adults and Nautica Crew, which is primarily a Back-to-College play. Nautica Jeans Co. features washed fabrics in yarn-dye looks with textural prints. Revman is also stepping up the bath rug category under the Nautica brand. Across the company's brand portfolio - which also includes Ed by Ellen DeGeneres, Eddie Bauer, Vera Wang, Laura Ashley, Tommy Bahama and Betsey Johnson - Revman is showcasing decorative home accessories. Each brand is replete with quilts, throws, blankets and dec pillows. In addition, the Tommy Bahama brand is introducing its first collection of holiday-themed pillows and throws for the 2019 season.
