Looking to tap more hospitality business in the southwest region, Nourison is expanding its divisional sales team. Sue Hepler, whose career in hospitality sales spans 36 years, joins the company as hospitality sales manager/southwest. Based in Dallas, her responsibilities include business development with architectural and design firms, hotel owning groups and end-users along with a focus on hospitality procurement firms. Hepler also collaborates with the company's design, marketing, sales management and product development teams to help further market penetration in her region for Nourison's Axminster broadloom and carpet tiles, hand-tufted rugs and tufted solution dyed nylon products. She reports to Peter Lipkin, VP of Nourison hospitality sales. "Sue and I had been colleagues for 13 years in our previous company and she has always been an outstanding sales achiever and leader," he said. "Sue's dedication to managing her client's needs has enabled her to maintain their respect and trust and we look forward to her bringing her professionalism and work ethic to Nourison." Hepler hails from Desso/Tarkett, where she spent the past five years as southwest sales manager, hospitality. Prior to that, she was president of her own independent rep agency for 18 years. Earlier, she spent 13 years with Remington Hotel Corporation, lastly as vice president of design and purchasing.
