After high school, Christopher Williams, 22, wanted to do something to help people. He planned to save for college and pursue a career in health care, but after reading about green building and renewable energy, he realized there was more than one way for him to care for the people in his community. Williams decided to learn a trade and do his part to help rebuild the region "the right, healthier way," he says.
