More than 50 agents, many visiting for the first time, descended on the Commerce, Calif, headquarters of Nora Lighting to receive training on new releases and existing products. "We are fortunate to have such an enthusiastic and experienced team," notes Fred Farzan, president. "[For many] this was their first trip to the Nora corporate center and they enjoyed the opportunity to get acquainted with Nora's dedicated customer service and support staff." The three-day meeting encompassed technical training and a preview of 2011 Nora products, such as its LED Diamond retrofit downlights plus new rail kits and adaptable J and L track fixtures. After a full Saturday of training, the reps were treated to a traditional Persian dinner hosted by executive vice president Jilla Farzan.
