Integrated Groupware and Workflow Products

摘要

Many companies are realizing improved business efficiency through the use ofgroupware and workflow computing technologies. Hitachi has recently developed a product composed of Integrated groupware and workflow software which can offer new and unique business solutions. This paper describes the impact that this product can have on office efficiency from the point of view of effective information sharing and business process re-engineering.
