Jonathan manages a team of 15 serving the SouthrnHolland district area of Lincolnshire. The County Council has devolved most highwayrnfunctions to the Area level which allows a holistic approach to local decision making. HisrnDepot covers the gamut of Highway-related responsibilities: statutory inspections ftrnfunctions, maintenance, traffic management, street works, and development-relatedrninspections.rnLincolnshire has 5,500 miles of highways, 85% of them rural. He and his team are in continuous dialogue with politicians, the public parish councils, and other stakeholders who have many requests ranging from speed limits and traffic calming to pot holes.
