Devon upgraded

A high friction, anti-skid surfacing material has been applied on some 38,000m~2 of highways across almost 80 different locations in Devon, including the city of Exeter and major towns such as Barnstaple, Newton Abbott and Tiverton. A HAPAS-approved high performance resin surfacing has been used for the reinstatement of road surfaces suffering poor scrim values, most notably at areas subject to high braking stresses such as roundabouts, junctions and pedestrian crossings.
