The French Micromega brand has been reborn, the Parisian company now being under new ownership. Company founder Daniel Schar, who was responsible for many innovative CD player designs throughout the 1980s and '90s, now leads the restructured company's R&D department. Micromega's new owner and CEO is Didier Hamdi, a former motorcycle racing champion and founder of several successful businesses in the field of electrical engineering.
