FM: WORTH SAVING?

Having received the September issue of HFNI was astounded that there was no mention of the Government's intention to switch off FM radio transmissions in a few years' time. Is Hi-Fi News unconcerned that its readers will be stuck with highly compressed, low-bandwidth DAB transmissions of dubious quality? We look to the editorial staff of HFN as pack leaders. I would have thought that even now you would be organising a campaign and a petition to stop this nonsense. By the way, great mag, I always look forward to seeing it on my front-door mat.
