In your review of the Teufel Ultima 800 loudspeaker [see HFN Dec '10], it appears that your reviewer doesn't appear to understand the basic principles of Acoustical Resistance port loading. He refers in the text to the speaker having eight drivers and only gives passing credit (p53, 'Left' caption) to three of them being passive bass radiators. This being so, the active (front) driven bass cone area becomes more akin to the present day norm in tall floorstanders.
