Previewed to the hi-fi trade in January 2012 at CES, NAD'S M 51 DAC boasts a wealth of features that tick pretty much all the boxes required by today's audiophile. Yes, it has an asynchronous USB input that accommodates data up to 24-bit/192kHz to take advantage of 99.99% of all available hi-res downloads. It also has an AES/EBU (XLR) and two S/PDIF inputs (one RCA coaxial, one Toslink optical).
