New York Axpona 2011

As well-informed as I'd like to think I am, Axpona's New York event was a total surprise. I just happened to be in the city with my family in June last year, so my attendance was purely coincidental. A friend had asked if I was in Manhattan for 'the show', to which I could only reply, 'What show?' The Affinia Hotel was being refurbished at the time, so I will refrain from naming it the most bleak venue in the history of hi-fi. I've seen far worse.
