The brand makes middle to high-end products, and has won many friends for its clean-sounding amplifiers and CD players. The new Neo 250i is one of its cheaper amps, aimed at a slightly less specialist market than some of its products - with the 3.5mm socket on the front hinting that iDevice owners may be in its sights, for example.
