摘要

Bioaerosols are gaining increasing interest because of their possible health impact. Until now a suitable standardized measuring method for monitoring bioaerosols in ambient air was lacking. Such a standardized procedure has now become available with the guidelines VDI 4252 part 2 and VDI 4253 part 2 dealing with sampling and analysis of airborne mould fungi. In this study investigations were performed to gain experience in sampling and analysing mould fungi applying these new directives under field conditions. Furthermore, data on the seasonal variation and the frequency of certain genera of fungi were collected. The results allow a better planning of future investigations regarding the number of parallel samples, the season to select for monitoring or the degree of differentiation of distinct genera or species of fungi.
