CAPCCAT (pronounced "cap-see-cat") is an algorithm-based approach to chemical and polymer management that can be used a cost effective, time saving tool for regulatory affairs professionals to manage compliance for Canadian chemical inventories. While it does not enable the exploration of the more subtle aspects of regulatory compliance, it can, when incorporated into the risk management practices of the astute regulatory affairs professional, function well to serve as the foundation of a broader regulatory compliance management strategy.
