Laxey eyes up TDG

Isle of Man hedge fund Laxey Partners has approached the board of TDG with an indicative cash offer for the entire share capital of the London-headquartered logistics and supply chain management firm Laxey Partners currently owns 22 per cent of TDG's issued share capital and is looking to acquire the remainder of the group at a price of £2.75 ($5.46) per share.
