Hengyang adding tanks, raising cash

Hengyang Petrochemical Logistics Ltd, which is building a major chemical storage terminal at Deqiao on the Yangtse River in China, recentlyrncompleted a successful initial public offering, raising some $3.35m to help pay for the work. Henyang currently operates a storage terminal with 37 tanks and a total capacity of 97,600 m~3 at Jiangsu. Construction of another 12 carbon steel tanks at this facility is due to finish this month, taking capacity up to 139,600 m~3.
