Brenntag has completed the acquisition of the food, water treatment and paper activities of Spanish chemical distributor Productos Riba. "This acquisition will increase our share in the Iberian food ingredients market by strengthening our relationship with key suppliers and extending our food product portfolio," says Frederic Pierre, CEO of Brenntag Iberia. "Riba's modern facilities and highly experienced sales team will enable us to offer our customers value-added services, such as tailor-made formula, mixing-blending and special repacking," he continues.
