US-headquartered Odyssey Logistics & Technology (OL&T) has entered into a five-year outsourcing agreement with Momentive Performance Materials that will see it managing Momentives inbound and outbound logistics in North America, Europe and Asia. As a result, OL&T will provide Momentive with complete transport services, including warehousing, carrier selection and qualification, contract negotiations, claims and non-conformance management and reporting in addition to tendering, freight audit and payment services.
