Sometimes, looking back at old copies of the Bulletin, it is alarming to see how little has changed. Does that mean our efforts have been in vain, or is it a reflection of the underlying need for potentially dangerous goods to be moved around the world in safety? The first thing that stands out from the September 1982 issue is that it was a special Gastech preview number. Funnily enough, that event is still around and this year opens its doors in London at a venue most recently used for the Olympic wrestling competition.
