Air cargo iata's annual cargo get-together pitches its tent in Kuala Lumpur next month. With so much going on right now across the cargo sector, there is every incentive to attend This year's International Air Transport Association (IATA) World Cargo Symposium (WCS), being held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from March 13 to 15, is being billed as one of the most important yet. More than 1,000 delegates from across the entire global cargo supply chain are expected to attend, against a backdrop of increasingly difficult economic and global trading conditions. With cargo volumes flat or falling, the need for greater efficiency in air cargo is ever more acute. In addition, there are multiple challenges on issues like security, investment and the environment.
