Eletson firms gas operations

Eletson Holdings has formed a joint venture with Blackstone Tactical Opportunities to create Eletson Gas. Eletson will contribute its existing fleet of five medium-sized LPG carriers and Blackstone will provide equity capital to finance construction of newbuild vessels and acquisition of secondhand tonnage.
