Bodo buys Huntsman's Vink

Germany-based Bodo Moller Chemie has acquired Huntsman's Vink Kunststoffe adhesives business. As well as bolsteringing Bodo's position on the local adhesives distribution market, the deal also strengthens "its leadership role in the sale and distribution of Huntsman products", having already this year expanded it its more than 30-year partnership with the company in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Denmark.
