I got a real compliment the other day. Someone I didn't know real well rang me up Iphoned me) and shared her horror at a recent DG training. The class was full of minimally educated laborers learning HazMat [DG] for the very first time, and also, obviously, my highly educated, vastly experienced at DG, extremely literate acguaintance. She said some of the PowerPoint slides were so dense with technical information she could barely finish reading them before the instructor droned on to the next one. Yes, I said "droned".
