Rare honour for Wiltshire chairman

Wiltshire's Chief Fire Officer Andy Goves (right) presents a Meritorious Service Decoration to former Ramsbury Station Officer, Peter Mills, chairman of the BHF's Wiltshire branch. Peter, who set up the Peter Howard hardware, pet and flower shop in the village with wife Fran, retired from the Wiltshire Fire Brigade in March 1992, having completed 31 years of operational service.
