While my daughter has been at university she has been earning her beer money working for a famous supermarket chain. One of her duties has been on the returns desk, where she has to log all returns with name and address and reason for the return. An example would be a lady who came back specifically to return a 14p bar of soap. There was nothing wrong with it - she just didn't like it, after one week. Another lady brought in a green (rotten) chicken wrapper, saying she only realised the chicken was so bad after she'd roasted it! She demanded they refund the money and pay for the takeaway that she wouldn't have invested in if the roast chicken had been good.
