Soft, textured surfaces for a luscious throw

This deflected-doubleweave draft produces a unique texture of floats on plain weave. Alpaca and wool/silk contribute to a thick, fuzzy, warm, almost brushed-looking surface for the throw. The 18/2 wool/silk is heavier than yarns I've used with this draft before. Although the thick hand of the throw is a result I like, beaming the warp and separating the sheds would be easier at a more open sett, such as 24 epi. If you choose 30 epi, weave with tight tension to help clear the sticky sheds.
