Coast Guard sinks 'Perfect Storm' ship for reef

A U.S. Coast Guard cutter that played a central role in two dramatic rescues during the 1991 "Perfect Storm" will be sunk off Cape May, N.J., sometime this morning. The Tamaroa will become part of an artificial reef and fish nursery on the ocean floor.
