Nuclear waste from a commercial power plant at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation in Washington state was mislabeled when it was taken to a disposal site, according to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Energy Northwest, which operates the Columbia Generating Station nuclear plant, has been temporarily barred from shipping waste by state regulators after the incident.
