A new bicameral Republican conservation caucus today unveiled its agenda — ranging from clean energygrowth to addressing plastic pollution in the oceans — in an effort that South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham saidwill end the GOP's need to "play defense on the environment."Members of the bicameral Roosevelt Conservation Caucus laid out their priorities during a 30-minute pressconference, more than four months after the group's creation was first announced (E&E Daily, March 4)."We will win the solution debate. But the only way you're going to win that debate is to admit you've got aproblem," said Graham, who co-chairs the Senate caucus along with Colorado Sen. Cory Gardner. Florida Rep.Brian Mast and New York Rep. Elise Stefanik will co-chair the caucus for House lawmakers.
