China's flexible PCB industry continues to develop types with higher density to meet the requirements in mobile and automotive electronics, communication and medical equipment, and wearable devices. Companies such as Zhuhai Super-Winner can realize up to nine layers and 1.6mil minimum line width and spacing. Manufacturers hope a similar follow-through in production, having shifted emphasis to double-sided and 4 to 6-layer units although they still offer single-sided kinds. Across these types, the common minimum specification is 3mil for line width and spacing.
