This is even worse in most African countries, like Nigeria.rn"For instance, the three surveying institutions in Nigeria, the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors,rnthe Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors are not focusing on any issues that would improve the rural problems.
