OGC Woos Members with Fee Cuts

To support the current trend toward more global participation in the open-standards process of the US Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), its fee structure awards discounts to certain categories of organisations based on their country of registration. These categories include government, academic, research, not-for-profit, individuals, and some for-profit organisations.
