The discussions were led by Windsor Energy Group Chairman, Lord Howell of Guildford. The Ambassadors' Briefing and Dinner were addressed by Khaled Al-Duwaisan, Dean of the UK Diplomatic Corps in London and Ambassador of Kuwait. The guest-of-honour and principal speaker was HE Kamalesh Sharma, Secretary-General of the Commonwealth.
