The world's fastest spunlace line was recently sold to Akinal in Turkey. With a layout production speed of 300 ml min, AquaJet wipes are produced mainly on the basis of blends of polyester/viscose fibers and also including proportions of cotton fibers.rnWith its features of high-speed perforation and patterning, the Fleissner AquaJetrnoffers the highest level of flexibility in wipes production. The 3.6 m wide line is supplied by two inline cards located upstream and able to process wipes within an areal weight range from 30 to 100 gsm.
