Editorial

摘要

The new journal was formally launched at this year's British Academy of Management conference in September 2008. Many of the Editorial Advisory Board and the Editorial review Board were present at the event, which provided a forum for discussions around the future direction and development of the Journal. The overriding aim of the journal management team is to continue to increase the academic standard of papers published and to increase the Journal's global readership. In this respect the changes introduced in the last year appear to be producing results, with an increase in high quality papers.
