Wie nutzt man ein brach gefallenes Areal, wenn man keine Wohnungen, keine Parks und erst recht keine Büros braucht? Doch: Ist das auch so? Was Berlin vielleicht nicht braucht sind Wohnungen, Parks oder Büros wie wir sie bisher kennen.
