Royal Greenland launches new gourmet prawn product

Global seafood producers Royal Greenland unveils its latest product to the industry, its Greenlandic Gourmet Prawns in a new, reduced salt recipe brine. Available from January 2014 The Greenlandic Gourmet Prawns are wild caught and processed in a MSC certified inshore fishery. They are produced by using a combination of traditional hand crafted methods and advanced technologies - which allow for the prawns to be kept intact and to retain as much of their sweet, delicate taste as possible.
