摘要

An Intermediate Frequency (IF) receiver unit with a center frequency of 160 MHz and a bandwidth of 80 MHz was recently developed as a core component of a novel heterodyne vector field measurement system at 150 GHz, 300 GHz and 450 GHz. The influence of different errors types on the measurement accuracy is systematically analyzed. Based on this, a strategy of enhancing the overall accuracy of the IF receiver by software algorithms was developed. Its effectiveness is verified by experimental characterization.
