The Floral Entrepreneur

There was a time when Lynn Jawitz barely had time to go to parties, much less plan them. A native New Yorker, she practiced law before becoming a stockbroker at Merrill Lynch. But throughout her years in the corporate world, what Jawitz really loved was arranging flowers. She left Merrill in 1995 and enrolled at Parsons School of Design, took courses in Japanese floral artistry, and entered her bouquets in competitive flower shows.
