Reducing racial and ethnic disparities in health care is a company-wide goal at Aetna. Our Breast Health Ethnic Disparity Initiative reaches out to women age 40 and over who have identified themselves to us as African American or Latina and have not had a mammogram according to guidelines from the American Cancer Society.
