Cappellini Peacock Chair

Multidisciplinary designer Dror Benshetrit was drawn to the peacock because of its "two completely opposing reasons for opening its features, attraction and protection." But there's nothing defensive about his Peacock chair-its arresting fanned geometry and eye-popping colors are purely enticing. It's a feat of look-at-me engineering, as it's made without a stitch of thread or an ounce of glue. Three laser-cut circles of felt are folded into loops and held in a metal frame throughrntension alone.
