Providing Novelty and Benefits with Less Delay

摘要

Predictions for emerging technologies and the introduction of new food ingredients, processing techniques, and analytical methodology were highlighted again at this year's IFT Annual Meeting. Three technical sessions organized by a special subcommittee of the Annual Meeting Committee, chaired by Mike Mansky, presented 17 new products and technologies introduced commercially since January 1995. Also, a panel of three invited scientists discussed future trends and opportunities during the session on emerging technologies.
