At first glance, Cultor Food Science's Flavor division may seem like every other flavor company. After all, it offers the obligatory full range of flavors and flavor ingredients. But to Carlo Colesanti, president of the Flavor division, it offers much more. "The world doesn't need just another flavor supplier," says Colesanti. "Yet as you look at the flavor industry, there is a significant void." This void, according to Colesanti, is innovation. Consequently, the Flavor division seeks to fill the innovation void through efforts in several areas.
