Pittsburgh—Eat'n Park Hospitality Group has created an Onsite Brands Division, which consists of Cura Hospitality, provider of senior living dining services, and Parkhurst Dining Services, which manages operations in B&I, colleges and museums. The company has also developed a new initiative: "Managing the Entire Guest Experience." Jim Broadhurst, president of the parent company, says, "Although it's important that we manage the technical service aspects of our restaurant and on-site brands, it's equally important that we understand and deliver on the aspects of our food and service that create a 'wow' experience for our customers."
