LONE STAR COLLEGE SYSTEM CONTRACTS WITH LUBY'S

Lone Star College System, a 60,000-student community college system with five colleges in the greater Houston area, has hired Luby's Culinary Services, a segment of Luby's Inc., to manage its foodservice.rnLuby's will provide foodservice for the system's newest location, LSC-University Park, serving more than 3,500 students and faculty. Luby's Culinary Services will manage foodservice for the recently renovated 4,500-square-foot dining facility, called Luby's, etc., as well as catering for the 14,000-square-foot Conference Center.
