Sustainable Future?

I had been giving a lot of thought to the topic of sustainability the last couple of months. For one reason, I had been working on an Analysis of the Food Safety Modernization Act (see p. 36) and its potential impact on smaller farms and, by extension, the farm-to-fork movement that has become such a big part of the sustainability efforts in noncommercial foodservice.
