Solving a handling problem for Britvic

Following a successful line move from Chelmsford to Leeds, soft drinks company Britvic selected Colwall Conveyor Systems (CCS) to help it solve a logistical and handling problem at its expanding Swinnow Lane factory. To create an enclosed area to incorporate a new high-speed filling line, Britvic required an existing production line to be re-planned and moved in order to create a 2m forklift truck access between the equipment and a new partitioning wall. This would provide free flow, enabling trucks to deliver packaging materials to the line.
