Knowledge is what makes excellence possible

Talking to those attending and winning awards, what was clear to me was the passion for excellence across the whole sector, from businesses large and small. Excellence is a very powerful word, representing the quality of being outstanding, but by its nature it's also very challenging to achieve. I see this ambition in practice every day, when I speak to our customers, and at Systems Integration (SI). I was also really pleased to present our sponsored award to one of our longest standing customers, ABP UK.Having worked in the food sector for over 30 years, 26 of those developing food software solutions to support manufacturers through SI, I have had first-hand experience of seeing the power knowledge and innovation has in driving excellence.
